The disposable 12×12 Microfluidic Cartridge is the heart of the Perifusion System. It offers ultimate flexibility by allowing the use of up to 12 different input solutions to 12 independent output channels.
The patented microfluidic cartridge allows for the creation of “l(fā)inear gradients” to simulate physiological stimulus to the cells being studied.
The solutions are completely contained within the cartridge and therefore, the days of cleaning the manifold are gone! After every experiment, simple dispose of the cartridge.
